Objectives
Primary Education for “unreached children” don’t have access to it and marginalized by poverty and lack of education into mainstream society as well as low-literate or illiterate youth with the power to earn a regular and decent livelihood.To provide Health & Hygiene Services to slum children and communities cum Developmental Services, primarily by empowering women and the marginalized, and building awareness about the importance of education and upliftment of the girl child.To promote gender equality.

Child Empowerment
‘Manorath Foundation’ aims to build a society in which every child attains the right to survival, protection, development and participation. Our NGO offer care for needy children, provision of healthcare and educational facilities, scholarships for the needy students and a home for orphans. Manorath Foundation helps to work towards elimination of practice of child labour, child sexual abuse, and other issues of child rights and to take appropriate steps for their rehabilitation.
Youth Empowerment
We empower young people to contribute positively to society by working together on issues related to health, education, human rights, civic education, anti- corruption. Help to maintain unity, understanding, cooperation, tolerance, peace and harmony. Provide proactive leadership and advocacy and shape the agenda on issues affecting young people and youth services; Collaborate on issues that affect young people and youth workers; Ensure youth’s organizational development, efficiency, effectiveness and good governance; Address the unemployment problem in the state; For any other activities relating to youth empowerment.
Empowerment of Girls and Women
Gender-based discrimination and societal behaviour leading to physical and psychological harassments, emotional violence Social evils begin at the womb with female feticides, infanticides, sexual harassments, rape and dowry related tortures putting an end to her misery only at the tomb! ‘Manorath Foundation’ has taken a pledge to illuminate their lives with ‘Pride and Dignity’. Our NGO is committed to enhancing the skills and of any information relevant to make girls and women realize their self-esteem.
Health care Services
We provide healthcare for all, poor and other underprivileged sections. We assist to identify health and hygiene and work to overcome these issues; To take initiative for reforming and developing health related courses scientifically; To produce proficient health workers and practitioners. To conduct various health campaigns; Promoting civic engagement in low-income communities; To develop and adopt cyber technology for the enhancement of communication skills in the fields of health promotion; and other health related activity.
Conservation & Environmental Issues
Manorath Foundation involves in developmental and sensitization programmes for conservation and preservation of environment such as water & energy conservation, marine and coastal conservation, civic and environmental sanitation, pollution control activities conservation of soil and energy, rain water harvesting, watershed, participatory irrigation management; and for any other activities related to conservation or for any environmental issues.
Education
Illiteracy is the worst worm engulfing a vast area of our country and extracting blood from the veins making a person crippled. We had undertaken and initiated a programme to teach children. They were imparted education by qualified and experienced trained teachers through LBF methodology.The age and quality have no end to education. Along with the normal, lessons were given in physical and moral education, which were vital in character building.Yoga classes were organized in some of the colonies it also had moral and spiritual impact.
Distribution Of Education Material to Poor Students
We provide educational material consisting of textbooks, notebooks geometry box, pencils, pens, and school uniforms, clothes, shoes, school bag, and lunch box. We select the candidates by personal visits to their homes to assess the family background. We also take inputs from the school head masters to select the students who are doing well in studies.There is pressing need to help more poor and needy students for continuing their education you can donate for educational material for these deserving children, and thereby ensure that they do not drop out of school.
Food and Grain Distribution during Covid 19 Pandemic
Due to lockdown in whole country poor, daily wagers and labourers are not able to get food as they have lost their work and cannot go out from their house. In this situation Manorath Foundation is distributing food and grains to people in need with the help of our members and volunteers in Noida, Greator Noida, Ghaziabad, Varanasi and Gazipur
Projects completed
Child Education Support Program under CSR activity of Indraprastha Gas Limited The project has been supported by Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) through its CSR initiative to Manorath Foundation for its implementation and execution. The project focuses on Education domain especially for poor and underprivileged children. It befits with the concept of Education for all and promotes culture of further studies to bring out change across life and livelihood of children coming from poor and underprivileged families and communities.
ABCD Program under CSR activity of Toyota Kirloskar Motors Private LimitedThe program is based on the well-established Participatory Hygiene and Sanitation Transformation approach and uses a range of exercises and educational games to teach children aged between about the links between personal hygiene and health. The approach is based upon the premise that hygiene practices are largely acquired during childhood and therefore it is much easier to change children’s habits than those of adults. In the program through exercises and games, children are encouraged to work independently in pairs or in small groups, and then to Program Activity and Expected Outcomes present their thoughts and findings to the larger group.
